Why this matters

Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest affects hundreds of thousands of people in the United States each year, and more than 70% of these emergencies happen in the home. In other words, the person who needs help is often a family member or a friend.

The solution

ReadyMeNow delivers this American Red Cross course to help everyday people without medical training learn and practice a clear, simple CPR response in a short session led by an authorized Red Cross Licensed Training Provider.

This course includes Red Cross video presentations, instructor led demonstrations, and hands on CPR practice in a format that is suitable for al ages. This teaches untrained bystanders how to identify a person experiencing a medical emergency and in the event of cardiac arrest, perform hands-only CPR  which uses chest compressions only, and no rescue breaths.
